My experience with Dr. Alison Young at City Step Podiatry in downtown Chicago was exceptional. I had a nagging pain in my ankle and I didn’t want to just ignore it so I decided to get it checked. My colleague referred me to them. I scheduled my appointment the same day and received quick and effective treatment during my first appointment. No hassles whatsoever. It turned out to be just a sprain but it gave me peace of mind to know that it wasn’t anything serious. Dr. Young and her staff were great. I felt like I was treated as a person and not just a number. The small office is comfy and very neat. Perfect for getting stuff done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone that has any issues with foot or ankle pain.

Dr. Young and all staff at City Step are extremely friendly and personable. Young has shown compassion to me and also understanding as well as being friendly and 'real'. Always on time, I only had to wait in the room for a max 5 minutes. Her work is amazing and she doesn't waste anytime. I'd recommend anyone to go here for foot related problems. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve had many visits with Dr. Allison Young at the 30 North Michigan Avenue office in Chicago. She is a wonderful professional with whom to work, friendly and positive besides. Since she conquered my ongoing issue, I will not be visiting as often, but she will be my go doctor to for any subsequent issues. Her assistant, Joy is pleasant, helpful and an asset to this office. Thank you to both of them.

Dr Young is attentive, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Her office is accommodating and helpful. I missed my appointment yesterday and when I called they were able to work me in later to that day. I highly recommend her.
